Why isn't there a standard price list?

As a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer, we do not sell stock items. Every bag is fully customized to your specifications.
Factors such as fabric thickness, printing methods, or even the inclusion of a small inner pocket can significantly impact the final cost. Therefore, the more detailed your information, the more accurate and competitive our quote will be.

What information do we need?

To get a quick quote, please include the following details in your inquiry:

1. Style & Size

Style: e.g., Tote bags, Shopping bags, Drawstring bags, Cosmetic bags, Cooler bags, etc. (Reference photos or designs are highly recommended).
Size: Please provide the height, width, and gusset depth.

2. Material & Thickness

Material: Canvas, Cotton, Polyester, Oxford, Nylon, PU, RPET, etc.
Not Sure? Just tell us the bag’s purpose, and we will recommend the best material for your budget.
Thickness/Weight: If unspecified, we will use our standard recommendations.

3. Printing & Logo

Silk Screen: Cost-effective; best for simple 1-4 color logos.
Heat Transfer / Digital: Best for full-color photos or gradients.
UV Printing: High definition, vibrant colors, and durable.
Embroidery: For a high-end, textured look.
Note: Providing design files (AI / PDF / PSD / JPG) helps us accurately assess the printing area and cost.

4. Structure & Accessories

Details like zippers, snaps, lining, inner/outer pockets, reinforced bottoms, handles, or adjustable straps.
Custom care labels or hang tags.

5. Quantity & Usage

Order Quantity: Higher quantities usually result in lower unit prices.
Usage: Is it for retail sale or promotional giveaways? (This helps us balance quality vs. cost).

Pricing Structure Explained

Our pricing is transparent and consists of two parts:

- Sample Cost: Includes setup fees (screens, molds) and labor.
- Shipping: Usually excludes international express fees.
- Policy: Sample fees are often refundable when a bulk order of a certain quantity is placed.
- Bulk Production Price: The final unit price based on your total order quantity.
- Shipping terms (Incoterms) will affect the final quote.

Shipping & Incoterms

We ship globally and offer flexible trade terms to suit your needs:

EXW (Ex Works): You arrange pickup from our factory.
FOB (Free on Board): We deliver to the export port; you are responsible for handling ocean freight and import.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We ship to your destination port; you are responsible for customs clearance and pickup.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The hassle-free option. We deliver directly to your office or warehouse, handling all shipping, duties, and customs clearance.
- Note: For DDP quotes, a full delivery address and zip code are required.
