2. Incoterms (Trade Terms)

We offer flexible international trade terms to match your logistics capabilities and budget:

EXW (Ex Works): Best suited for those with their own designated forwarder. You handle pickup from our factory and all subsequent transport.
FOB (Free on Board): We handle transport to the Chinese port and export customs clearance. You manage ocean freight and import at the destination.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We manage transport to your destination port and cover the insurance.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Highly recommended for small to medium-sized orders. We handle the entire process—export, shipping, import clearance, and duty payment—delivering the goods directly to your office or warehouse.

3. Shipping Methods

We select the best transport mode based on your urgency and budget:

Sea Freight: The most cost-effective option for bulk orders. Available in FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load).
Air Freight / Express: The fastest option for samples or urgent deadlines. Our partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
Railway Freight (China-Europe Express): An excellent choice for European clients. Faster than sea freight and more affordable than air freight, offering a perfect balance of cost and speed.

4. DDP Door-to-Door Service

For small to medium-sized custom orders (hundreds to a few thousand units), we understand that handling complex customs procedures and port pickups can be a burden.

Hassle-Free: You do not need an import license or to handle customs clearance personally.
Convenient: Goods are delivered directly to your specified address.
Transparent: We provide an “all-in” price covering freight and taxes—no hidden fees.

How to get a DDP quote?

Please provide your full delivery address (including zip code) when inquiring. We will calculate the exact shipping cost based on the cargo weight, volume, and your specific location.

5. Packaging Standards

While bags are durable products, we adhere to strict packaging protocols to ensure protection against moisture, dust, and damage during transit.

- Inner Packing:Standard: A thick, waterproof master polybag lines the carton to protect the entire batch.
- Optional: Individual OPP bag packing is available for each unit upon request.
- Outer Packing:Standard: High-strength, 5-layer corrugated cardboard cartons suitable for international export.
- Customization: For large-volume orders, we can customize carton sizes and print specific Shipping Marks to meet your warehousing requirements.
