2. How We Work

We offer three flexible ways to start your project:

From Tech Packs/Images: Send us your design files (AI/PDF), reference photos, or videos. Our pattern makers will handle the technical breakdown and drafting.
From Physical Samples: Ship us an existing product, and we will replicate it precisely, including the fabric, measurements, and craftsmanship.
Co-Development: We can assist you in developing a design from scratch based on your concepts.

3. Lead Time & Shipping

We understand that time is money.

Production Time: Standard styles typically take 5–10 business days. Complex designs or complete collections may take longer; we will confirm the schedule with you in advance.
Shipping Time: International delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

4. Costs & Revisions

Our pricing structure is transparent and straightforward.

Sample Fee: Covers materials, trims, pattern making, labor, and any necessary mold/printing costs.
Shipping Cost: Calculated based on weight/volume and destination. We can also ship using your own courier account (e.g., DHL, FedEx/UPS).

Revisions & Iterations:

We support multiple rounds of sampling to ensure perfection.

Free Labor: For 2nd rounds and beyond, we do not charge for sewing or structural adjustments.
Material Cost Only: If revisions require purchasing new materials, new molds, or re-printing screens, we only charge the direct material cost.

5. Refund Policy

To show our commitment to a long-term partnership:

Sample Fee Refund: The sample fee is partially or wholly refundable upon the placement of a bulk order, depending on the order quantity and style. Specific terms will be outlined in your quotation.
